| Description | Hi Wooshin, According to the test result of item 20 (BT sink+Karaoke) and item 36 (BT sink+Karaoke+Passthrough) in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nPiuVKMs_0e9Ez2uPAt4obq8KocPfh9vXX1trCpG4sw/edit#gid=325589293 . I can reproduce you reported issue that BT sink audio is not output to speaker after leaving Karaoke app. I found this issue is related to com.skb.google.tv.global.STBGlobal app. When we leave karaoke app to Home UI, this app will run. And this app will use requestAudioFocus() to request audio focus and cause the BT sink to abandon focus and stop output audio. You can check the log below. Please help to check with the owner of this app to fix it. I also did a test to leave Karaoke app by using command "am start -a android.settings.SETTINGS". And BT sink audio will success to output audio to speaker after leaving karaoke app because STBGlobal app is not running in this case. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1.Connect BT Mobile phone to SWAN and play youtube music in Mobile phone. 2.In SWAN, enter Karaoke app, Mobile audio will not output to speaker. 3.Use "Home" key of RCU to leave Karaoke app to home UI and keep Mobile phone playing music. 4.The Mobile audio is not output to speaker. PS: If you remove Youtube app of Mobile phone and restart to Youtube of Mobile phone to play music again, Mobile phone can output audio to Speaker without problem. | ||||

Hi Wooshin, FYI. When you stay at live channel and mobile phone is playing, then you press RCU "Home" key to back to HOME UI. The mobile phone audio will also not output to Speaker. This is the same root cause that com.skb.google.tv.global.STBGlobal call requestAudioFocus(). |

Attached the ppt file that we will discuss with SPTEK. PS: we try added back the handleSKBStreamAndDevice() as AI2 did. But find some issues and need SPTEK to check what is current design and how to cowork with SPTEK to implement as AI2 did. |

Conclusion for 7/13 ALT/SPTEK/FII meeting to discuss bt_sink mode Audio routing issue: 1.bt sink sets to NUGU stream type. 2.bt sink should ignore audio focus loss. 3.We need to send "bt_sink" intent to broadcastReceiver of AudioServer to control mute/unmute of MUSIC Stream type. 4.When Google Assistant is triggered, we send sent "bt_sink" enable=0 intent. 5.Base on fix of AVRCP to do test,and discuss the side-effect and fail case in 7/16 pm4:00 metting with SPTEK/ALT. |

Hi Wooshin, I got some test results after change code as mentioned in 1~4 of 0001275:0007669. These issues are list in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wodDz__7R-078xPrgdVgPEoV1nokpRj_gQM3d2AqOwY/edit#gid=0 There are 9 issues and I think most of them are related to SPtek code in AudioService to control mute/unmute of different situation (WFE,Karaoke,NUGU,passthrough). Please have SPtek's help to fix these issues. PS. I already committed 1~4 modification to v5.3.1 branch . I think SPtek can continue to debug by sync today' code. |

Hi Wooshin, After verified all issues with SPTeck 's fixes, there are two issues left. Please see my update in https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1wodDz__7R-078xPrgdVgPEoV1nokpRj_gQM3d2AqOwY/edit#gid=0 Please have SPTeck to check issue 5 again with the new Reproduce Steps. It is still fail. Issue 5. Switch between passthrough mode and non-passthrough mode, MUSIC stream will be unmuted. For issue "3.After NUGU, BT sink is not play.". I also update my comment in the google excel. I think the app sending "com.skbb.intent.action.NUGU_BT_CTRL_REQUEST" should notify SPTsk's SptekBluetoothAvrcpService to send "play" avrcp command after nugu is end. Please help to check with SPTek which app sends ""com.skbb.intent.action.NUGU_BT_CTRL_REQUEST" to them. |

Hi Wooshin, Issue "3.After NUGU, BT sink is not play." Test result of the following cases: 1.BT sink play -> NUGU to play music -> BT sink is paused and Music is playing -> After exit Music, BT sink plays again. 2.BT sink play -> Play YouTube -> NUGU to play music -> BT sink is paused and Music is playing -> After exit Music, BT sink is still paused. Issue 5. Switch between passthrough mode and non-passthrough mode, MUSIC stream will be unmuted. >> Verify SPTek's fix and now it is ok. |
